Help Desk FAQs

How will debt settlement help me?
Debt settlement is a proven way to get you out of debt. It allows you to make a single monthly payment that is distributed to your creditors after an accounted has been settled. This eliminates the need to make individual payments to each of your creditors.

How do I qualify for this service?
It depends on the program. We find many people choose to enroll in our settlement plans to help them get out of debt. To get the most benefit out of this particular plan, most of our clients have:

1. At least $7,500 in unsecured debt
2. A minimum of two accounts

(Note that our debt settlement plans cannot accept secured debts like cars or mortgages.) If this plan does not sound right for you, call to speak with a representative at 1-888-888-1072, who can help you find the right plan for you.

Do I have to include all of my credit cards on the debt settlement plan?
It would be in your best interest as this is how you will receive the maximum benefit. The goal is to help you become completely debt free in the quickest and most efficient way possible. In order for us to accomplish this, we need to manage all of your unsecured debts. We want to help you with the whole problem, not just part of it. It is strongly encouraged that you put all of your cards on the plan in order to receive maximum benefits.

What information do I need to enroll?
To enroll in one of our debt settlement plans, please have:

1. Details on your outstanding unsecured debts – gather your most recent monthly statements.
2. Details of your monthly expenses and income to help you build a budget.
3. Your bank account information.

How long will it take to finish the debt settlement plan?
You will receive a “good-faith” estimate of your repayment terms with your enrollment documents. Most of our clients are able to pay off their debt within 2-3 years. However, your actual experience with the program may vary based on your creditors and the amounts due to them.

How much will the debt settlement plan cost me?
Your costs may vary based on your total debt and the number of creditors you place on the plan. Clients typically pay a nominal monthly servicing cost to cover recurring expenses. To find out your specific program costs, enter your information online, or call to speak to a representative at 1-888-888-1072.

When is my payment due?
When you enroll in the debt settlement plan, you can pick the payment date that is best for you! You may choose any day from the 1st to the 28th of every month. You must choose your first payment date to be made within 30 days of enrollment. This is the day of each month by which your payment should be made.
